On a mission for the greater good!
I have been managing programs and portfolios in the FinTech industry for over 5 years, having built, coached and led an international team of project managers.
As PMO, I have worked on rolling out several development and project management processes throughout the organization. I can successfully combine lean, agile and PMI methodologies to cater for the most diverse projects, stakeholders’ needs and team structures.
I have extensive experience in leadership, management, coaching and mentoring within highly performing teams and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
