13+ yrs. of delivering high quality software projects and products for customers around the globe (mostly U.S.) within both FP and T&M contexts. 7+ yrs. dedicated entirely to project/ program/ product/ line management.
Large variety of success stories and lessons learned regarding scaling-up high performant teams from a few people to tens.Also regarding the quest for finding the ‘right’ balance between ‘process’ and ‘self-organizing’. And last but not least, regarding the permanent seeking for further optimizations and waste elimination on all areas
